 Cheyanne
is an extremely independent little 3-year old. The youngest of five,
my first daughter is even more special than I had hoped for.
Chey is incredibly social, lovable,
funny and determined to do all that she sets her mind to. Don't be
fooled by her small stature as she eludes the "I can do it" attitude
at every turn.
She spends much of her time keeping up
with her 5-year old brother Maverick. Chey's favorite things are
babies, animals, dancing and she loves to cook in her little
kitchen. If allowed she would live on spaghetti, popcorn, pancakes,
bananas and cheese. This past summer much of her time was spent
swimming, playing in her sandbox and up at the family Ranch.
Chey is much more than we had planned
on and much more than we could have asked for. She teaches us all
what is truly important in life and how to enjoy the simple things.
What a blessing we have.
Chey will start pre-school in the
Fall. Her readiness is partly due to the Speech Therapy she has
received thru efforts from the Buddy Walk. Although Cheyanne speaks
very little words she can now request simple items through sign
language. My family and I are thankful for this resource which has
taught all of us a way to communicate.
