 In August 2003, our first son, Mikey, died of a tragic accident. Ten
months later, in June 2004, we were blessed with the birth of Danny.
Danny is six months old now and has brought us so much joy in his
short life. He is a great tease and loves to play with us. He
communicates actively through gestures, facial expressions, cooing,
and all sorts of other ways. He loves his daily massage and bath.
He takes great joy in all his accomplishments, and so do we.
Danny has been through a lot, including open heart surgery at less
than three months of age, but he never complains. He is incredibly
good natured and loves to learn and interact. He is our reason to
live.
