Missoula Buddy Walk

.

Thanks to NBC Montana!

Come and walk to help promote Missoula's awareness about Down Syndrome. There are over 190 Buddy Walks nation wide in which thousands of people from coast to coast participate each year.

The goal of the Buddy Walk is to bring about education, acceptance and awareness of Down Syndrome and to create a camaraderie within our own community - making the connection between community and individuals with Down Syndrome.

The walk is held annually and your participation in the walk will have a large impact in Missoula, as well as make a difference in the lives of people with Down Syndrome. The Buddy Walk vision is to create an environment in which individuals with Down Syndrome are welcomed with fairness, enthusiasm and encouragement. You can learn more here!
